Smaller items such as condoms are sent in plain, heavy-duty padded envelopes.

Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Atlanta, GA, in plain brown boxes or envelopes. Lovehoney does everything possible to make sure your order is delivered on time. Orders placed before 3pm EST Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
